Something not working?
Email support@kawlit.com and a human will read it. Tell us your handle and roughly when it happened — that is usually enough to find it.
Reporting something abusive? Press and hold the message in the app and choose Report. Three reports hide a message automatically while we look. To report or block a player, open their card and use the ··· menu, or press and hold their name. You can also email support@kawlit.com. A person on our team reviews every report within 24 hours. To undo a block: Profile → Blocked.
How the day works
One question, every morning
A new yes/no question about the real world arrives each morning. You call it YES or NO. You can change your mind until picks close at noon, your local time.
Noon: your call locks
Once it locks you see the crowd split, and the room for your side opens. You can read the other side's top takes, but you cannot post there. The split stays hidden until you have committed — that is deliberate, so nobody herds.
Tomorrow: reality grades everyone
The question settles against a named source. Getting it right extends your streak; getting it wrong ends it.
Kawlits
A Kawlit is a private argument between you and people you invite: a claim, a stake, and a settle time. The person who made it calls the result. Everyone else has 24 hours to say it was fair or dispute it — saying nothing counts as agreeing. A majority can overrule the creator, and a tie voids the whole thing.
Stakes are social. There is no money in Kawlit, no payments, and nothing to cash out. A stake is a coffee you owe a friend, and the app only remembers it.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
Not to read, and not to make a call. You need one to make a Kawlit, join one, post in a room, react to or report a message, block or report another player, upload a photo, follow someone, see another player's card, or search for players by handle — because those things put your name in front of other people.
I did not get today's question
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Kawlit. The question arrives on your local morning, which depends on your device's time zone.
Why can I not post in the other room?
You only get a seat in the room for the side you called. When the question settles, both rooms merge and everyone can see everything.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. If you cannot get into the app, email privacy@kawlit.com and we will delete it. Your handle, email, sign-in and photo are removed permanently, along with who you follow, who follows you, and the invitations you sent or received. Debts and receipts from Kawlits you took part in stay, with your name removed — they are other people's record of a shared argument.
What are the rules?
No objectionable content, no abuse, no real money. The full terms are at kawlit.com/terms.
My account was suspended
A suspended account can still make the daily call, read its Kawlits and settle what it owes, but cannot post, react, follow or invite, and other players cannot find it. If you think we got it wrong, email support@kawlit.com with your handle.
Something looks wrong with a settlement
Email support@kawlit.com with the Kawlit and what you expected. Settlements are recorded with the rule that produced them, so we can tell you exactly what happened.
Privacy and terms
What we collect and why is at kawlit.com/privacy. The rules you agree to by making an account are at kawlit.com/terms.
